This mood board focuses on what the human mind can accomplish if an individual would put in time and effort. Motivation is needed for a successful life as seen in the statement in the middle of the mood board. I pasted all the other images surrounding the statement to symbolize that motivation is the basic building block of actual advancement to bigger and greater technologies. The technological images represent what the human mind can create if the individual truly wanted to do it. The main color scheme of blue mainly can be seen as a similarity of the sky since the sky is blue, which makes the mood board seem like a whole. After analyzing ten different magazine covers including their presentations and house styles, I discovered many new tools I could use regarding my own presentation and how I could create my own magazine cover. I have to also have to keep in mind the presentation as a whole. What I must keep in mind while creating my magazine: The main focus of the magazine should be its house styles, such as font and audience. The magazine, in particular, could take the focus of imagery rather than the magazine’s title. The masthead identifies the brand and ideas the magazine will have. I could use hyperbolic words and font expression to attract an audience. A bold font is needed to grab the reader’s attention and try to keep the same font throughout the magazine. I could also implement center images that symbolize the theme of the magazine.
